Returns are only accepted and processed if the product is still packaged and in new condition.
Approved returns can be processed within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Restocking fees of up to 50% can apply if product is being sent back in used or opened condition. If the product is new and unused condition, credits for refund will be applied via the original method of payment when the order was placed. All approved credits will be processed within 2-3 days of the request (business days Monday through Friday; weekends excluded) upon the receipt of your products back to our location. We will provide a shipping label for the return of merchandise upon request. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund provided. In the event of a shipping error on our behalf, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to the customer to return the product to us.
Do NOT discard any invoices, receipts, or documentation until you are satisfied with the product’s condition upon delivery. Be sure to inspect your product upon delivery prior to signing for any product.
ALL returns must be shipped back in the packaging which they arrived in. Shipping lose, unpackaged product, will result in a denial of refund for damages incurred while in transit back to our location.
